Kate is incredibly sensitive to all of your wants as a pet owner (this is coming from someone who treats their dogs like children) and to your pets needs. Not only did she cover our rules for playing in the yard in rain or shine but she even brought in the packages from our front porch before she left, I mean, talk about customer service. I know when Kate comes over to play with our pups they are getting the love and attention they deserve. I never worry about Odin and Wren while I am at work because Kate will even send me photos and video updates on how their playdate went. Whether Kate likes it, or not, she is basically part of the family. Your pet’s life, and yours, will be brightened just having one session with From Fur to Fin.

We have been leaving our dogs in Kate's care for a few months now and are very pleased with her. We travel quite a bit and have taken our dogs to a few local pet boarding places and I have always felt guilty. With Kate, they can stay in the comfort of their own home and are free to rome and play as they wish and they get undivided attention from her. I love getting text updates with pictures and videos and seeing how happy our fur babies are and how much they love her. It truly puts us at ease knowing that they are in great care while we are away. Kate also brings packages/mail in and the trash without me even having to ask and cleans up after the dogs! She is always willing to help with anything and goes above and beyond what is expected of her. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Kate. I don’t even know where to begin! After recently relocating to Utah, we somewhat accidentally found Kate and her service ... and it was a HUGE win checkmark! Kate brings SO MUCH MORE to the table, and consistently exceeds my needs! From the moment we met, I knew that we and our dogs had made a FANTASTIC connection! My dogs don’t usually warm up to strangers terribly quickly ... yet Kate had them on her side in a matter of minutes! Kate is always responsive, responsible, and punctual! We have constant communication and jibber-jabber ... so much that she’s beginning to feel like family! I have TOTAL faith in her ... and she quickly earned our utmost respect!! Kate is absolutely amazing! She gives you updates with how your pets are doing and goes above and beyond. Our little dog is terrified of fireworks and with the holiday approaching there were fireworks going off in the neighborhood, Kate recognized that and stayed with our dog until she was calm and comfortable. I will use her again to care for our pets and I highly recommend her services.

She is great! It's truly a relief to know your pet is in great hands. I travel for work and am very picky about who I trust with my furbabe. (Crazy cat-mom) Thank goodness for Google & finding her. We felt so comfortable after the first phone call and especially after the meet & greet. Our "scaredy-cat" was sitting on her lap by the end of the week. She responded very fast when I reached out and with better pictures of my furbabe than I have ever taken. Highly recommend her! Wish we weren't moving/ wish she could move with us. Lol. We have used kate multiple times and have loved her. She always took such great care of our two cats while we were out of town. I loved the text updates with pictures she would send us each day. It really put my heart at ease seeing my cats being well fed, played with, and cuddled while we were gone. One of our cats can cause quite a mess with the kitty litter but she handled professionally and kept the area clean and sanitized. I could tell the cats where well taken care of as when we would arrive home our cats seemed well adjusted and happy. I would highly recommend from fur to fin!

I have never seen a person who loves every animal the way Kate does. She loves and takes care of my dog as if he was her own. It makes it less difficult and gives me less anxiety to leave my dog in her care knowing how much my dog loves her. Seeing him happy in the picture updates is the best! If I can't be there with him, I'm glad I've found someone I trust.
